Do we need to make an appointment for a massage?

Every day is different.  Appointments are usually necessary, but if there are openings or cancellations, I may be able to see you right away.  Always feel free to call or text 410-430-4812.

Do you offer any Yoga classes in Ocean City

Currently, I am only teaching one ‘employer paid’ yoga class.  I can always offer private suggestions and modifications for enhancing any practice goals. Or, if you are a little intimated about stepping into your first yoga class, I have spent time with a number of clients ‘demystifying’ physical yoga so you are ready to get the most out of your  group classes.  Ocean City offers most yoga classes in gyms.  If you describe what you are looking for, I may be able to make a recommendation.

Do you need experience to drop-in on a T’ai Chi/Taiji session?

No :) Our group taylors sessions to accommodate everyone, regardless of (lack of) experience         .

What do you wear for a massage?

This is determined by your comfort level. Most people do chose to undress to their underware and lie between the twin-bed sheets.  In that case, your intimate parts are always draped. Again, for most, your subconscious is more relaxed if you are not completely nude.  Some people prefer to stay fully clothed in something comfortable.  A lot of  gym clients prefer gym shorts only.  I almost always keep younger children fully clothed, unless they are used to massage.
No!  In fact, 9 out of 10 people don’t.  Life is busy.  Your leg or chest hair has nothing to do with your muscles.

Do I need to take a shower before massage?

Not usually. Many people come for massage after work.   IF you have been on the beach, you definitely have to take a shower.  I promise there will be sand on you and that’s not a good feeling.  Both gyms have shower facilities available for your convenience.  Sure, a fresh body seems to make for a better massage experience, – just like a shower before bed feels better.  BUT you don’t need to put lots of lotion on before hand.  Sometimes, your lotion mixes with my lotion and causes a precipitate or ‘pills.’
